SafetySuit Interview / Puddle of Mudd Weekend (part 1)

So, my trustee assistant / worthy sidekick for the evening Kristin set up an interview for Toni’s Night Out with an adorable group of guys called SafetySuit. You might have heard their hit song Someone Like you on The Hills.. they are also climbing the charts on VH1’s top 20 Countdown! I didn’t know much about them going in.. which is the way I like it.. But after meeting them, me and Kristin decided we heart SafetySuit.. and after you see them we think you will too.. watch as I get to know Doug, Dave, Jeremy and Tate.

ok.. so if your not already in love with these cuties from watching that.. then just wait until you see their live show! The energy and passion along with the amazing talent.. I Heart Safetysuit! yeah I said it twice! What are ya gonna do?

So I realize you might be a guy reading this.. and are not impressed by their pretty smiles.. Well then watch this and you’ll see what I mean about them rocking..

ok so this was a long night.. umm well actually it just started really really early for me..  but there were lots of bands to see.. So here we go.. Tempercast played first even before our boys Safetysuit.. their music is really heavy and well.. its not my thing.. but yet its not bad.. judge for yourself..
oh look they loved Toni.. but c’mon.. who doesn’t really?

Up next was Red.. Everyone knows Toni loves red heads.. but umm er.. now on first site I was a little taken a back.. lets just say they have a look all their own… but anyway the music speaks for itself.. I don’t know the name of this song but wow wild on stage.. check it..
	oh wait hey the one in the hat your not so scary.. wink wink.. and look mom Twins!!! I couldn’t resist!

So.. awesome night so far.. But Finally.. Puddle of Mudd! woohoo.. as you know this is only the second time ever seeing them.. I’m not sure why I am only a recent fan..  anyway I liked them so much the last time, there was no way I was missing this.. especially at this venue.. I was actually hoping to interview them but that was a no go.. boo.. anyway I was still anticipating a great night and hoping not to get beat up by any bouncers this time around! hey Check me out! Oh hey.. now check out the band! Lookin good boys.. lookin good.. a lil sweaty.. but none the less good Anyway soon drama would ensue! and it had nothing to do with me and or any bouncers…. So the band plays T.N.T. by AC/DC.. I’m not an AC/DC fan.. but whatever.. apparently some people are far less open minded.. and this dude decides to give Wes the finger the whole time while he plays it.. What’s up with that?? People are retarded.. Anyway I didn’t get a shot of the guy flipping him off cuz I was too short to see.. oh well.. anyway I thought Wes was gonna beat his ass for it..deservedly so.. But then they broke into a sweet rendition of Breed by Nirvana! This was a treat! A big regret I have is never seeing Nirvana play live when I had the chance.. so this is as close as I’m gonna get! oh and here they are doing Control.. ok so the show is over.. sigh.. now on to cut umm er uh visit the merch table.. wow so super nice they are.. and everyone seems to know my name.. go figure back atchya boys.. turns out I look totally cute with all of them.. I’m just sayin.. yeah yeah they look cute too.. whatever.. it’s my night out.. hee hee  hmm where’s Christian? Hey, there he is.. I found him waiting for me outside his tour bus just dying to get a picture with me.. it’s cool people.. no worries.. I think he knows I’m joking. But seriously.. an absolute fantastic night full of good music and great people.. some of which I hope to call friends for a long time to come.. I hope you enjoyed my night out.. I know I did!
