Dun ta da! OK, I should really stop posing this way. I’m like a Rock N’ Roll super hero with my hands on my hips! No doubt, it stems from my cheerleader-y past.. it’s a hard habit to break. Anyway the humidity was ca-razy today.. and my hair was curly and bouncy.. not playmate bouncy, but bouncy just the same.

My lil t-shirt reads “Je suis un Rock Star” and it sports Mick Jagger’s face on it… That means “I am a Rock Star” in french.. I thought it was adorable and a perfect outfit for the night! I know, a lil more casual than my usual girlie girl self.. but the show was in Union Square in Irving Plaza at the Fillmore in NYC. I was training it in.. so, it made sense. But enough about me.. cause as you know, it’s all about the music! So here we go..

First up, POP EVIL! This band is from Grand Rapids Michigan.. and on first glance they appear a bit rough and tough.. which trust me is not a bad thing when boys in bands are concerned.. but their sound is actually quite polished and some songs are downright pretty.. I’m not sure how tough guys feel about me referring to their sound as pretty.. but anyway.. that’s my take. Have a look and a listen to their hit song “100 in a 55″. I guess they like to drive fast? I dunno.. but like I said. Pretty.

Nice, right? That is just one example to get you started of course. I thoroughly enjoyed this performance! Great stage presence.. The crowd was jumping around and loving it. I suggest you go have a listen to the more bad ass stuff that fits right in with their tough guy look.

Oh and looky here.. They love Toni too! Here I am with the singer Leigh Kakaty. Aww he was so happy to meet me. I know I know my performance was also fantastic.. hee hee kidding kidding.

Next up the main act, Buckcherry! Over the past few years I have truly grown to love love love this band! And if you read my blog then you have heard me gushing over and over.. but tonight we were in NYC and for some reason I felt like the energy was somehow different. People were buzzing about and giddy with anticipation.. umm or was that just me? Ok I was buzzing about and giddy with anticipation! Me and Kristin managed to get ourselves positioned stage left sort of in front of the barricade.. umm er what can I say? We are damn charming. lol Also.. little tip, sometimes when you ask you shall receive. Nuff said. I was in a corner next to the speakers.. when I peeked my head out Keith Nelson was practically sweating on me! Gross, now stop that! hee hee Anyway, you get my point. We were close!

He wasn’t actually sweating on me.. but he was kicking that guitars ass! Look at them go! Doing Rescue Me to the right –>

Fact or Fiction? I have said it before and I will say it again.. Josh Todd is pretty much Denis Leary’s stunt double.
		I mean look at them! Twins separated at birth maybe? Long lost kid brother possibly? ooh ooh illegitimate son?? Denis would have had Josh at 14.. I would buy that. Wait a minute… Has anyone ever seen these two in the same room together? Could they be? Dare I say it.. one in the same? Then there is Rescue Me! hmmm it’s all very suspect if you ask me! Coincidence??! I think not? Well maybe.. hee hee that’s just my lil conspiracy theory.. But either way, both genius.  Denis I mean um er Josh was tearing up the stage! Dancing around like a mad man as he tends to do. He was literally coming out of his super tight pants! Butt crack and all! :-O uh, of course I’m blushing.. duh, don’t you know me by now??
